Proven experience in setting action plans, defining goals, and following up on results to achieve commercial objectives
Self-reliant and highly motivated, with the ability to work effectively within a larger team and collaborate cross-functionally
Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others by creating passion for plans and initiatives
Able to make quick decisions and take personal initiative in a dynamic work environment
Well-organized with strong time-management skills, able to prioritize tasks efficiently
Able to communicate in English
Minimum of three (3) years of IKEA experience as a Shopkeeper
