Job Responsibility:
Partner with the Customer Success team to monitor health scorecards, identify customer needs, and demonstrate account management capabilities to guide deal closure
Solution Zip to meet the pain points today, but also with an eye toward our product of the future
Help build the team culture and bring your best practices to the org
Negotiate all facets of renewal contracts
Develop win/win negotiation strategies that maximize contract value while enhancing the customer relationship and the value they are realizing from Zip
Engage the broader Zip team to provide regular and accurate updates on renewal status to management and escalate when needed
Manage current customers on multi-year contracts to ensure customer value realization
Become a product expert – learning the Zip platform through and through, so that you’re demo ready
Become a procurement expert – learning the ins and outs of the procurement market
Use cutting-edge sales intelligence and engagement solutions to prospect, manage deal cycles, and ultimately bring on new customers
Be adaptable and flexible – help shape our sales process
Requirements:
2+ years of technology SaaS experience
Experience selling to procurement, finance, legal
Experience driving customer retention and adoption of a SaaS product for enterprise accounts
Customer management skills
including sales, Account management, and customer service
Self-driven
organized, efficient with your time, and an excellent communicator
Experience using tools like Salesforce, Clari, Zoominfo, LinkedIn SalesNav, and Outreach
Willing to go the extra mile to make sure our customers, company, team, and yourself succeed
