Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join a company that offers full Medical, Dental, Vision & 401 benefits while focusing on service-based roles with no need for cold calling or selling. For over 40 years, our client has grown to become the 25th largest agency in Oregon. Their Apartment & Condo department, in particular, has seen significant growth, expanding from 3 to 7 people in just a few years. They are now the largest independent agency servicing habitational business in Oregon.

Job Responsibility

  • 100% service-based role (no selling, no cold calling)
  • Processing of certificates & endorsements, running audits, remarketing policies to carriers, presenting and binding policies
  • Client-facing and administrative role
  • Working closely with Commercial Apartments & Condo or HOA departments

Requirements

  • Must be P&C licensed in Oregon (or can be quickly due to non-resident status)
  • Currently working as a Commercial CSR or Account Manager for 5 years
  • Independent agency experience required

Nice to have

Experience with Commercial Apartments & Condo or HOA is preferred, but not required
