We’ve been looking after our clients for over 40 years from our Rickmansworth office and we’re looking to add to the team to ensure our clients have the best advice possible on hand at all times. Our growth and retention rates are fuelled by our people, so we want to look after them and make sure they can do what they do best – look after clients, this role is key to ensuring the team can carry on pushing forwards to win and retain more clients in the region.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation queries and quotations for additional products
Working closely with the account executives on larger cases
Building strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximise retention levels
Ensuring documentation and systems are accurate
Working in a compliant and timely manner on all cases
Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Solid grounding in general commercial insurance
Exposure to the main commercial insurance products
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Negotiation skills
Relationship and stakeholder management skills
IT skills
Influencing skills
Eye for detail
Comfortable dealing with customer enquiries via phone, face to face and email
