Requirements

Proven experience in commercial account handling and operations within an insurance brokerage or agency
Minimum 5 GCSE, Grades A-C including English and Maths
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within a team
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in agency management software and Microsoft Office suite
Relevant insurance certifications such as Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) are a plus

Job Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and providing appropriate solutions
Handle the day-to-day servicing of client accounts, including policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals
Collaborate with the account executive to prepare and present client proposals and insurance programs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, insurance products, and regulations to provide informed advice to clients
Assist in the negotiation of terms and conditions with insurance carriers to obtain the best coverage for clients
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and transactions in the agency management system

Job Responsibility

Role will be all commercial account handling duties dealing with international business
Opportunity to deal with existing clientele
Take ownership of problems and their resolution, seeking assistance where necessary
Undertake sales activities ensuring delivery of sales and marketing targets
Responsible for the management and development of new and existing accounts
Working under minimal supervision and be responsible for delivery of own sales and business performance targets
Identify and deliver appropriate marketing campaigns
