Job Description:

Lawes is assisting a well-regarded insurance brokerage in the search for a Commercial Account Handler. This is a key position focused on servicing an established client book, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the commercial portfolio. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while identifying opportunities to enhance client value and retention.

Job Responsibility:

Managing current book of clients
Maximising relationships and client contact
Handling new business enquiries
Managing claims, MTA’s, and general client/insurer admin
Maintaining existing and creating new Insurer relationships
Trading and negotiating to secure the best terms for clients

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role within the insurance industry
Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services
Track record of effectively managing client relationships and driving business growth
Experience in negotiating and securing favorable terms with insurers
