Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Account Handler to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, including those with fleet policies, ensuring their needs are met with tailored insurance solutions. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and providing expert guidance on insurance products and policies.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with underwriters, insurers, and brokers to negotiate and secure the best coverage options for clients
Provide expert advice on fleet insurance products, commercial vehicle coverage, policy terms, and risk management solutions
Prepare and process renewals, endorsements, and adjustments accurately and efficiently
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Handle client queries, resolve issues promptly, and provide professional support
Assist in the development of new business opportunities through referrals and cross-selling additional products

Requirements:

Understanding of motor fleet insurance trends, claims handling processes, and risk mitigation strategies
Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality insurance solutions
In-depth knowledge of fleet insurance policies, commercial auto coverage, and risk assessment for business fleets
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
