Lawes is assisting our client in finding an experienced Account Executive to manage a portfolio of approximately £100k and grow their book of business. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating and implementing a business plan to drive growth, playing a key role in the ongoing success of the team.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan aimed at achieving growth targets
Conduct regular client visits to build strong, lasting relationships
Present risks to the market and identify cover requirements tailored to clients’ needs
Liaise effectively with internal brokers and insurer underwriters to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain a strong sales focus while demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of commercial broking
Requirements:
Minimum of 5-7 years of commercial broking experience, demonstrating a strong track record in the industry
Proven sales ability or a clear indication of potential for sales success
In-depth understanding of commercial insurance products and the associated risk management processes
