Smartsheet is looking for a Commercial Named Account Executive to join our EMEA organisation. You will be responsible for increasing software and services sales by expanding a book of key existing customers' adoption. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to help build out a strategically important set of fast growing customers for Smartsheet.
Job Responsibility:
Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed software and services sales quotas
Execute a solution-based sales process encompassing multiple groups within priority commercial Accounts
Develop short, medium and long term account plans
Develop and prospect new business opportunities within existing customers
Leverage existing relationships to expand Smartsheet's footprint
Articulate and demonstrate Smartsheet's unique organisational solutions and functional value
Facilitate and manage partnerships with Sales Engineers, Solutions Consultants, Sales Development and Customer Success teams
Create and maintain Joint Engagement Plans for strategic solution deals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce
Utilise existing sales enablement tools to successfully implement a territory plan
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
7+ years of full cycle sales experience (prospecting to close) in a technology oriented field
3+ years of experience maintaining customer relationships in a B2B environment for 500 - 5000 employee size organisations
Experience prospecting and managing a designated territory to maximize revenue growth
Ability to research accounts to uncover opportunities for up-sell
A data-driven sales approach
Ability to manage strategic interactions with senior level management
Experience using CRM and power BI software (Salesforce and Tableau)
Passion for working with new technologies and technical concepts
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Legally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis
Nice to have:
SaaS experience is highly preferred but not required
