Job Description

Account Executive role responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and insurers, contributing to business growth through networking and securing new sales opportunities.

Job Responsibility

  • Achieve annual and monthly new business and retention targets through networking and relationship building
  • Support strategic profitable growth by managing a portfolio of Corporate-level clients
  • Deliver account management services and present new business presentations to clients
  • Review client needs and offer solutions, utilising the company's in-house claims service
  • Keep up to date with regulatory changes within the industry
  • Act as a knowledge base and support for all members of the company

Requirements

  • Minimum Cert CII, working towards Diploma level
  • Strong influencing and communication skills
  • Effective at managing customer expectations and working to strict deadlines
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Extensive knowledge of company processes and business goals
  • Target-driven, highly motivated, and a self-starter
  • Decisive and a team player
  • Technical knowledge in Financial Services market and regulatory framework
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Acturis experience desired
