Job Responsibility:
Building, managing, and growing a portfolio of mid-to-large commercial accounts with a focus on Large complex construction businesses
Developing tailored strategies to address the unique needs and goals of each partner, emphasizing long-lasting professional relationships
Conducting market research to identify business opportunities and presenting innovative solutions to potential clients
Negotiating and closing sales agreements with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless account management and satisfaction
Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to address challenges and meet objectives
Achieving and exceeding quarterly and yearly sales targets and KPIs
Staying informed on industry trends, competitor movements, and advancements in Sports and Leisure markets, leveraging this knowledge to support client growth
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Executive, Commercial Executive, or in a similar client-facing sales role
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain effective long-term client relationships
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills that resonate with a diverse audience, internally and externally
A strong ability to craft creative and practical solutions that align with both client goals and company objectives
A data-driven approach to decision-making and performance tracking, with excellent attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to collaborate across disciplines and share knowledge and expertise
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
familiarity with sales automation tools a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
A growth mindset with an eagerness for continuous learning and improvement
