Job Responsibility:

  • Provide first-line support for standard and low-complexity incidents and service requests
  • Ensure zero missed service level agreement conditions
  • Monitor client infrastructure and solutions
  • Provide telephonic, ITSM ticket or chat support
  • Perform maintenance activities such as patching and configuration changes
