Job Responsibility:

  • Providing input data for tenders in Poland, Czech-Republic, Slovakia and the Baltics
  • Tender support for warehousing, transport and brokerage for imports
  • Create, monitor and analyze logistic KPIs to optimize inbound transport costs, brokerage fees, outbound transportation costs, warehouse costs (storage and handling)
  • Provide information about strategic long-term planning
  • Calculate in shadow calculations logistic service costs
  • Analyze the markets regards logistic costs and services
  • Participation in improvement projects aimed at automating and optimizing activities
  • Creation of reports for internal and external reporting
  • Monthly/quarterly generating, steering and forecasting (personal capacity, fixed-costs, sales, gross margin, P&L)
  • Harmonization of internal and external reporting
  • Reporting and coordinating central requests (CRS, MBR, CF, cost details)
  • Actively steer year end closing process including building accruals
  • Intercompany charging and support with transfer pricing
  • SAP cost center planning

Requirements:

  • 5+ of experience in procurement planning
  • Strong analytical skills
  • organized with excellent time management and follow up skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively
  • Target and service oriented
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are required to enable an effective interface with other departments and different levels of management
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
  • completed university studies in business economics, logistics, business informatics or a comparable subject
  • experience in building and maintaining a network of international marketing, sales and customer contacts and experts
  • understanding of planning processes
  • experience in dealing with Big Data in Excel, Power BI and other IT applications
  • very good communication skills in written and spoken English
