Job Description:

Support the Com&In team in securing high quality carpentry and paintwork throughout the store in a simple, safe, cost-effective and efficient way; Use knowledge of people’s life at home, range presentation and the IKEA visual identity to support the Com&In team in presenting and communicating the IKEA product range; Prioritise the work to meet the needs and expectations of store visitors and minimise disruption when working on the shop floor

Job Responsibility:

Inspire and surprise visitors by presenting and communicating the IKEA home furnishing offer with strong visual impressions that exceed visitors’ expectations
Lead, develop and inspire the Com&In team and other functions in the store in increasing the home furnishing interest of the many people and creating demand for home furnishing solutions
Actively approaching customers by the store layout, range presentation and store communication, thereby contributing to positioning the IKEA Brand as the leader in life at home

Requirements:

You love customers, life at home in the local market and creative processes
You are passionate about working in a fast-paced, future-oriented retailing, IKEA range, developing people and growing personal competence
You have experience in working in a design-orientated role, managing, inspiring, leading and developing people and creative processes, visual competence, including a keen eye for aesthetics
