Domaine Homes, part of the Campbell Property Group (CPG) — one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies — is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Colour Administrator to join our team in Norwest, NSW. Renowned for our quality homes, strong systems and collaborative culture, this role plays a critical part in supporting our Interior Design team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide administrative support to colour consultants: Assist with documentation, data entry and file management
  • Coordinate communications between internal teams, clients, and suppliers
  • Maintain accurate records within internal systems and databases
  • Support general office administration
  • Ensure compliance with processes, policies and quality standards
  • Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Cover colour appointments if staff are off sick or on leave

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administration role (residential building preferred)
  • Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in interior design or a related field (highly desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
  • Clear communication skills and a professional, team-focused approach

  • Intake & Triage: Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator to triage cases based on severity and policy requirements. Initiate contact with student respondents based on incoming submissions to the 'Student Affairs Complaints & Reports List'
  • Procedural Guidance: Meet with students reported for misconduct to explain the relevant policies and procedures related to Student Code of Conduct, Academic Integrity Policy, Non-Academic Policy, and Gender-Based & Sexual Violence Policy. Clearly explain their rights, the investigation process, and potential outcomes in plain language
  • Preliminary Investigation Support: Conduct impartial fact-finding interviews with student respondents and assist them by taking preliminary statements from and provide them to decision-makers
  • Coaching: Utilize restorative justice and coaching principles to help students reflect on their behavior. Discuss 'lessons learned' and strategies to avoid future misconduct
  • Coordination and Collaboration: with the Operations Coordinator with administrative tasks related to conduct cases (e.g., schedule and coordinate hearings/meetings between Students, Instructors, Chairs, Directors, Deans, the Academic Integrity Office and/or Registrar). Coordinate support with the Students Association of Keyano College (SAKC)
  • Workshops: Develop and deliver skill-building training for students. Topics include: Understanding Academic Integrity, Conflict Resolution, Resilience, and Healthy Coping
  • Campaigns: Lead and/or support awareness events (e.g., Academic Integrity Week, Mental Health Week) to create a culture of wellness and honesty on campus
  • Resource Creation: Maintain a repository of student resources (guides, flowcharts, referral lists, and training) related to both conduct and wellness
  • Community Networking: Work closely with the Student Association of Keyano College (SAKC), Healthy Campus Alberta, Wellness Services, Health Services and other external partners to better coordinate existing supports and launch new initiatives systematically and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Data Analysis: Track trends in student misconduct (e.g., 'Are AI plagiarism cases rising?') and wellness usage to inform departmental strategy
