The role focuses on facilitating skill development, coaching learners in workshop and community settings, and assessing competence against industry standards. Key responsibilities include planning and conducting assessments, providing constructive feedback, maintaining workshop equipment and safe working environments. The role also involves liaising with local employers and customers to ensure training aligns with workforce needs and industry expectations, helping learners become work-ready and professionally competent.
