Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree
Education beyond the minimum degree requirement may count toward required experience if deemed relevant by the hiring manager
Valid driver's license
Nice to have
Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
Organized, self-directed, able to juggle multiple deadlines
Experience mentoring or tutoring youth, especially those facing economic barriers
Familiarity with college admission, financial-aid processes, or workforce development resources
