Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Collections Specialist to join our team in Fishers, Indiana. This Contract to permanent position requires an experienced and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in commercial collections and accounts receivable processes. The role is primarily onsite, with the potential for partial remote work after demonstrating consistent performance and the ability to work independently.

Job Responsibility:

Manage accounts receivable tasks, including billing, claim administration, and payment reconciliation
Handle inbound calls from clients and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving payment issues promptly
Conduct thorough collection processes, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding balances
Utilize accounting software systems and CRM tools to track and manage financial records
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address discrepancies in payments or claims
Prepare reports and documentation related to collections and account status
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while meeting deadlines
Leverage tools such as SAP and Accurint to enhance efficiency in collections and account management
Provide clear and effective communication with clients to maintain positive relationships
Adapt to flexible working hours within the provided time windows (e.g., 8 AM to 5 PM, 9 AM to 6 PM, or 10 AM to 7 PM)

Requirements:

Proven experience in commercial collections and accounts receivable processes
Proficiency in using accounting software systems, such as SAP, and CRM tools
Strong knowledge of claim administration and billing functions
Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and resolve payment-related issues
Familiarity with tools like Accurint for account tracking and collections
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to deadlines
Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules and onsite requirements
