Job Description:

We are looking for a Collections Specialist to join a team in the Insurance industry located in North York.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
Communicate effectively with clients in English to resolve payment issues and disputes
Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile accounts, address discrepancies, and escalate unresolved issues
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities in the system
Prepare regular reports on account status, collection efforts, and key performance metrics
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure accounts remain in good standing

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of B2B Collections experience
Must have excellent command of English
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
