Job Description:

Robert Half is staffing for an expanding company seeking a reliable and proficient Collections Specialist. Applicants must have prior collections experience and the appropriate educational background. Benefits and flexible job opportunities are available.

Job Responsibility:

Manage inbound and outbound collections calls
lead all billing and reporting activities according to deadlines
manage all vendor inquiries
maintain and update customer files to see that data integrity is maintained
call on all past due amounts and record all results in the system
record all customer payments to the correct reports
follow collection escalation process daily to maintain past due customer accounts

Requirements:

BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
2-3 years of prior high volume collections experience
excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
