Job Responsibility:
Handle commercial and consumer collections, ensuring timely payment resolutions
Manage credit-related tasks, including reviewing accounts and resolving discrepancies
Oversee billing collection processes with accuracy and attention to detail
Utilize QuickBooks Online to track and update account statuses
Communicate with customers via phone and email to address overdue payments
Provide exceptional customer service to maintain positive client relationships
Collaborate with team members to streamline collection efforts
Monitor payment trends and report on collection activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial and consumer collections
