Job Description:

Opportunity in a mid-sized services company to perform collections and resolve customer account issues. Great work environment.

Job Responsibility:

contact customers with overdue payments
implement collection strategies to recover balances
negotiate payment arrangements with customers
resolve disputes and inquiries related to payments
reconcile payments with balances
ensure accuracy in payment tracking
maintain records of customer interactions and payment arrangements
document agreements regarding payment plans
generate and analyze reports on collection performance
assess customer creditworthiness and recommend credit limits

Requirements:

excellent communication skills
determination
previous phone experience
strong MS Office skills
