Collections Specialist

• Manage accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding balances
• utilize accounting software systems to process invoices and maintain accurate financial records
• handle inbound calls related to billing inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• oversee claim administration to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes
• execute collection processes, including contacting clients and negotiating payment arrangements
• collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM tools and financial systems
• prepare detailed financial reports and analysis to support decision-making
• conduct thorough research using tools like Accurint to validate client information
• maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all collection activities.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, and collection processes
• proficiency in accounting software systems and CRM tools
• familiarity with Accurint and Epic software is highly desirable
• strong communication skills, particularly in handling inbound calls and resolving disputes
• ability to manage claim administration and ensure accurate documentation
• adept at preparing financial reports and conducting data analysis
• detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in financial services.
