Job Description:

Collections Specialist opportunity in a mid-sized services company. As a Collections Specialist, you will perform customer and/or commercial collections and resolve customer account issues.

Job Responsibility:

Contact customers with overdue payments through various channels
Implement effective collection strategies
Negotiate payment arrangements and terms
Resolve disputes and address customer inquiries
Reconcile customer payments with outstanding balances
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Generate and analyze reports on accounts receivable aging
Assess creditworthiness of customers

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Determination
Previous phone experience preferred
Strong MS Office skills required
