Collections Specialist

• Handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with members of the public
• Negotiating payment solutions for outstanding debts either in full or by setting a suitable arrangement
• Managing your own portfolio of accounts
• Making appropriate recovery and legal action decisions

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Resilience and ability to handle challenging conversations
• Self-motivated, with excellent time management and organisation skills
• Target and results driven
• Ability to build trust and relationships quickly
• Positive attitude with strong work ethics
• Good understanding and knowledge of GDPR
• Successful candidates will need to undergo right to work and reference checks

Experience of a target-driven role or negotiating finances is desirable

• Flexible Working – 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) on a shift rota
