We are looking for a skilled Collections Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this role, you will focus on managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely payment collection from commercial accounts. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to handle financial processes effectively.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment collection
  • Conduct outreach to commercial and consumer clients regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements
  • Analyze account statements to identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues promptly
  • Implement effective collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts and improve cash flow
