Job Responsibility:
Follow up on outstanding patient balances and insurance claims
Communicate with patients regarding billing questions and payment plans
Work with insurance companies to resolve claim discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of account activity and updates
Assist with payment processing and account reconciliation
Identify and escalate unresolved issues as needed
Support overall billing and collections workflows
Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations
Requirements:
2+ years of collections or medical billing experience
