Job Description:

Robert Half is working with a highly regarded and well-established organization that is seeking multiple Collections Specialists to join their team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with strong collections experience to contribute to a fast-paced environment for a duration of 4–6 months.

Job Responsibility:

Perform high-volume outbound collection calls, reaching out to clients to resolve outstanding balances
Monitor and manage accounts to ensure timely payments and reduce past-due balances
Collaborate with clients to address and resolve discrepancies, billing issues, and concerns
Document and update collection activity accurately in the system
Work closely with internal teams, including accounting and customer service, to support account resolution
Generate and review account reports using Excel for tracking and analysis
Use software tools, including Oracle or SAP, to manage account information and collection efforts effectively

Requirements:

Proven experience in a high outbound call collections role is essential
Prior experience with Oracle or SAP is highly preferred
working knowledge of Excel is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues
Self-motivated and results-driven with a team-oriented mindset
