Job Responsibility

  • Oversee and optimize collection processes, ensuring efficiency, full compliance with regulations, and adherence to best practices
  • Communicate proactively with debtors to facilitate effective debt resolution
  • Analyze portfolio performance, identify trends, and forecast recovery rates to inform strategic decisions
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the collections portfolio, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Ensure all collection activities are conducted in full compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • experience in a similar role or as a collection agent is mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field
  • Proven track record in managing large portfolios and achieving recovery targets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Very good knowledge of both English and Greek
