Job Description:

The job role involves managing customer complaints for collections and credit bureau, requiring interactions with frontline teams and various stakeholders to resolve complaints within timelines. The incumbent would work in a team to manage Collection and Credit bureau related complaints within the bank's complaint management framework.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage customer complaints for collections and credit bureau
  • Interact with frontline teams and various stakeholders
  • Ensure complaints are resolved within timelines
  • Raise customer requests on Request management system
  • Facilitate investigation of complaints
  • Maintain tracker of all complaints/requests
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders/external vendors
  • Ensure complaints are recorded on system
  • Ensure reopen rate is well within control
  • Publish MIS and provide data to stakeholders
  • Ensure root cause analysis done for complaints

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (BSc / BCom / BA)
  • Experience in Managing Complaints & Collections
  • Strong Communication & Writing skills
  • Fair Knowledge of Retail Lending products
