Job Description:

Join a recognised big-4-bank committed to providing the best service and assistance to customers. Responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound calls, negotiating hardship solutions, and handling high-volume collections cases in a customer-focused environment.

Job Responsibility:

Inbound and outbound calls
Portfolio management
Customer-focused collection calls to obtain arrangements
Assessing hardship applications
Using your negotiation skills to provide solutions to hardship accounts
Ability to manage high-volume collection cases

Requirements:

Collections experience is a must
Contact centre
Relationship management skills
Self / time management skills
Strong attention to detail skills
Flexibility and availability for shift work
