This leadership position focuses on managing comprehensive accounts receivable functions with a primary emphasis on collection activities across diverse international regions. The successful candidate will oversee a localized team, providing mentorship and performance management to meet organizational targets. Key duties involve monitoring outstanding balances, forecasting cash flow trends for treasury purposes, and ensuring regional adherence to internal credit controls. The role requires acting as a primary liaison between global stakeholders and external partners to resolve complex payment disputes. Furthermore, the individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence by reviewing and enhancing internal recovery strategies and managing inquiry workflows within centralized customer service platforms.
