Jeeves is a financial operating system for global businesses. This is a Collections Intern role based in Mexico City, supporting the Finance team with accounts receivable tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Payment processing and application
Invoicing and billing
Handling customer inquiries/disputes
Reconciliation and data entry
Collections support
Filing and documentation

Requirements:

Microsoft Excel proficiency
Spanish and English fluency
Portuguese fluency a plus
Attention to detail
Time management
Organizational skills
Customer service skills
Verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have:

Portuguese fluency
