Collections analyst

• Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, initiating customer contact to secure timely payments and reduce delinquency
• Maintain meticulous records of collection activities and lead cross-functional efforts with internal and external stakeholders to resolve account disputes
• Manage daily credit holds by analyzing account status to either release orders upon payment or facilitate credit limit increases
• Compile and distribute monthly management reports detailing branch-specific issues and high-risk accounts
• Serve as a primary liaison between customers and the sales team to resolve billing issues and improve remittance speed

• 2 + years of Collections experience within a multiple location environment
• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work fully onsite

ERP - Knowledge of JD Edwards is good to have
