Job Responsibility:
Communicate with customers through incoming and outgoing telephone calls
Supporting customers to pay off their debts in a practical and affordable way
Aim to understand customers individual circumstances by asking questions ensuring that the customers best interests are met
Work towards KPI’s
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
understanding of vulnerable customers and how to identify them
understanding of FCA guidelines
Good telephone manner
Strong listening skills with the ability to confidently articulate the best outcome for the customer on the spot
Good IT skills, with knowledge of Excel and confidence
Call centre: 1 year (required)
