Job Responsibility
Manage outstanding receivables from key accounts and agencies
Handle customer interactions via email, voice, and video calls
Follow strict SOPs and service quality protocols
Proactive outreach to customers regarding overdue balances
Oversee the entire dunning process
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Investigate and resolve payment disputes by collaborating with internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate records of customer contacts and billing information
Ensure efficient collection processes to reduce credit risk and minimize profit loss
Requirements
Fluency in both Spanish (C1) and English (C1), both spoken and written (mandatory)
2+ years of experience in collections or credit control, preferably managing Key Accounts & Agencies within the Digital sector (mandatory)
Proven ability to manage B2B collection cycles, handle sensitive financial matters, and engage in professional negotiation
Familiarity with debt collection tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with a high attention to detail
Sound business judgment and the ability to influence others while maintaining a customer-centric approach
Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
