We're looking for confident and driven individuals to join us as Collections Advisors, managing customer accounts and supporting positive payment outcomes. This is not just a collections role. It's about having professional conversations, understanding customer situations, and finding solutions that work for both the customer and the business. You'll be speaking to customers, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring every interaction is handled with care, clarity, and professionalism.
Job Responsibility:
Managing a portfolio of customer accounts with overdue balances
Speaking with customers to understand their circumstances and agree suitable payment solutions
Setting up and managing payment plans
Investigating and resolving account queries or disputes
Updating systems accurately following each interaction
Working towards individual and team performance targets
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence speaking to customers and handling challenging conversations
Target-driven mindset with a focus on results
Ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure
Good IT skills and attention to detail
Previous customer service or collections experience is beneficial but not essential
