Job Responsibility:
Follow-up with clients on overdue payments
Coordinate with the account management team to handle collections
Must update a regular report on collections status for the whole portfolio
Perform Interviews and have an eye for talents
Interfere in problem solving with insurance companies as needed
Make sure all necessary documents are available for collection by coordinating with company couriers
Assist the Sr. Financial Advisor with Expenses and other tasks as delegated
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred)
Previous experience in collections (from 1-2 years max), preferably B2B Industry
Excellent Excel skills
Intermediate English Language
Must have integrity and ability to handle sensitive information
