Job Description

The Colleague Wellbeing Manager leads the creation and delivery of our Colleague wellbeing proposition, shaping and delivering a health and wellbeing offer that supports both our people and our brand. This is a high-impact role with accountability for managing our outsourced occupational health service and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services across the UK and Ireland, ensuring a high-quality, compliant and colleague-focused experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Leads the creation and delivery of our Colleague wellbeing proposition
  • Managing our outsourced occupational health service and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services across the UK and Ireland
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to inform and evolve our colleague wellbeing strategy
  • Manage key relationships with outsourced occupational health and EAP providers
  • Accountable for our strategic wellbeing partnership with a high-profile external personality
  • Managing outsourced Occupational Health and EAP providers, ensuring contract compliance and delivery against agreed SLAs
  • Driving service performance, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across third-party providers
  • Delivering the colleague wellbeing agenda, with a strong focus on mental health and musculoskeletal support
  • Informing and shaping the health and wellbeing strategy in partnership with providers and internal stakeholders
  • Partnering across key business areas to identify opportunities for efficiency and shared service delivery
  • Providing actionable health and wellbeing insights and recommendations to drive organisational impact
  • Designing and delivering engaging health and wellbeing communications

Requirements

  • Proven stakeholder and account management experience for occupational health and EAP providers
  • Experience of delivering colleague wellbeing plans across a large workforce
  • A track record of delivery to SLAs
  • Experience managing outsourced EAP service provision including reboarding / onboarding of providers
  • Strong collaborative working skills across complex organisations
  • A flexible, solutions-focused approach
  • The ability to manage budgets and drive value
