Job Description:

We’re looking for a new Colleague Experience Coordinator to join our team acting as a Business Partner for Workplace Solutions (Facilities) to understand the workplace needs of departments across the Abri Group. You’ll be the friendly face colleagues turn to, the organiser behind memorable events, and the driving force that helps make every workday feel just a little brighter. You will also provide operational support and coordination, keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. Abri’s Workplace Solutions team are committed to creating great workspaces for colleagues, ensuring our corporate buildings are safe, compliant and creating environments that are collaborative and creative.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a Business Partner for Workplace Solutions (Facilities) to understand workplace needs
  • Be the friendly face colleagues turn to
  • Organise memorable events
  • Provide operational support and coordination
  • Responsible for all aspects of departmental hub space planning (desk allocations) and minor office moves
  • Work collaboratively with all stakeholders
  • Liaison with key contacts
  • Consider accessibility and inclusivity within the workplace
  • Consider known future strategic developments
  • Ensure Abri Workplace standards and Health and Safety requirements are adhered to
  • Continuously look to make sure colleague journeys are great
  • Bring new ideas and solutions
