Job Description:

A leading western investment bank is looking for a Collateral Management Analyst. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience and have excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibility:

Manage margin calls, including notification, confirmation, and settlement processes
Conduct reconciliation and resolve disputes related to margin calls
Monitor unusual counterparty behaviour and investigate margin call discrepancies
Set up contracts in the relevant systems
Follow up on client inquiries and queries
Perform daily controls to ensure compliance and accuracy
Coordinate with the Front Office, MAM, and other relevant departments to establish client desks and issue Mark-to-Market statements to clients
Handle audit confirmations for capital market transactions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above
2-3 years of relevant experience in collateral management
Good understanding of investment banking products and trade operations
Attention to details and able to work independently with multi-tasking
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Fluent in English
