Job Responsibility

  • Design, plan and implement basic-to-complex Collaboration environments in projects for clients of all sizes
  • Ensure that hardware and software components are installed, configured, integrated and tested accordingly to client requirements and beyond

Requirements

  • At least 8 years’ experience in unified communications environments
  • Fluent in English
  • French or German is a strong asset
  • Proven field experience in Cisco UC solutions: Communications Manager, IMP/Jabber, Video (Expressway/CMS/TMS), UCCX, CUBE/SBC
  • Experience in any following area will be considered as an advantage: Microsoft Office365, Skype for Business, API and Scripting languages, Voice recording (ASC), EMM (VMware, MobileIron, Intune), IP Trade
  • Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP Collab, M365 Fundamentals/Associate level are also an advantage
  • The candidate must be native from a NATO country and a valid NATO Secret Clearance is a plus

Nice to have

  • French or German is a strong asset
