Job Description:

The Cold Dish Supervisor role at The Shanhaitian Resort Sanya Autograph Collection involves preparing cold foods, adhering to recipes and quality standards, operating kitchen equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Requires strong teamwork and communication skills.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards
operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
monitor food quality while preparing food
set-up and break down work station
serve food in proper portions
wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
develop and maintain positive working relationships
listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience
clear and professional communication
ability to lift objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
adherence to safety and security policies and procedures
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
