Coke Internship attracts ambitious people in early career stage. Our interns gain knowledge and skills through practical experience and benefit from the support of their mentors. This internship is an entry point into a fast-paced operational team, offering exposure to production management and cross-functional collaboration. You will support the team in their daily activities while learning how different parts of the business connect to produce and deliver the finest beverages to our clients. This is a 1-year internship program with flexible working arrangements. During the summer break, interns are expected to work full-time, while after the start of the academic year we offer reduced working hours and flexible schedules to support their studies. Targeted start date is June 1st, 2026!
Job Responsibility:
Support the Production team in day-to-day operational activities on the shop floor, under the guidance of experienced Shift Leaders
Gain exposure to production processes, safety standards, and quality requirements in a large FMCG manufacturing site
Assist in monitoring production performance, basic data analysis, and preparation of reports using MS Excel and internal systems
Collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders across Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance to develop an understanding of end-to-end manufacturing operations
Participate in shift meetings, safety briefings, and continuous improvement initiatives
Learn to support team coordination activities and gradually develop leadership and decision-making skills as experience is gained
Requirements:
Have completed third year of university studies in a relevant field
Recent graduates are also welcome
Strong motivation to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
Learning agility, business curiosity, and willingness to develop leadership skills
Interest in working with data, performance indicators, and operational reports
Good communication skills, confidence, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced production environment
