This internship is an entry point into a fast-paced operational team, offering exposure to order management and cross-functional collaboration. You will support the team in their daily activities while learning how different parts of the business connect to deliver value to customers. This is a 1-year internship program with flexible working arrangements. During the summer break, interns are expected to work full-time, while after the start of the academic year we offer reduced working hours and flexible schedules to support their studies. Targeted start date is June 1st, 2026!
Job Responsibility:
Support the Procurement team in day‑to‑day operational and administrative activities.
Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to procurement activities, suppliers.
Work with Excel files and internal systems to support tracking of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.
Support the team in supplier communication, documentation, and compliance‑related processes under guidance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Sales (Key Accounts), Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to gain an understanding of end‑to‑end business processes.
Participate in initiatives related to cost optimization, process improvement, and data accuracy.
Gradually take ownership of small tasks and analyses as experience is gained.
Requirements:
Completion of at least the third year of university studies in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Economics, Finance). Recent graduates are also welcome.
Strong interest in Procurement and Supply Chain processes within a large international organization.
Good analytical skills and enjoyment of working with data, numbers, and reports.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel (e.g. data analysis, pivot tables, basic formulas).
Willingness to gain hands‑on experience and learn in a fast‑paced business environment.
Learning agility, business curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
