Job Description

Coke Internship attracts ambitious people in early career stage. Our interns gain knowledge and skills through practical experience and benefit from the support of their mentors. Our aim is to share the opportunity to develop professional skills, ideas and experience that will enable them to have a successful career. This internship is an entry point into a fast-paced operational team, offering exposure to order management and cross-functional collaboration. You will support the team in their daily activities while learning how different parts of the business connect to deliver value to customers. This is a 1-year internship program with flexible working arrangements. During the summer break, interns are expected to work full-time, while after the start of the academic year we offer reduced working hours and flexible schedules to support their studies. Targeted start date is June 1st, 2026!

Job Responsibility

  • Support the team in day-to-day operational and administrative activities, with a primary focus on Back Office processes related to order management for direct customers and distributors
  • Assist in processing and monitoring customer orders, including price checks, product substitutions in case of stock shortages, and handling return orders under guidance
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders across the supply chain (e.g. Planning, Distribution) to gain a broad understanding of end-to-end business operations
  • Maintain active communication with internal teams and customers, using company systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA) and ensuring accurate and timely information flow
  • Gradually support Key Account activities by assisting with order processing for key customers and working closely with Account Managers as experience is gained.

Requirements

  • To have completed third year of university studies in a relevant field. Recent graduates are also welcome
  • Willingness to gain hands-on experience by joining our team
