Coke Internship attracts ambitious people in early career stage. Our interns gain knowledge and skills through practical experience and benefit from the support of their mentors. This internship is an entry point into a fast-paced operational team, offering exposure to real business planning and forecasting. You will support the team in their daily activities while learning how different parts of the business connect to deliver value to customers. This is a 1-year internship program with flexible working arrangements. During the summer break, interns are expected to work full-time, while after the start of the academic year we offer reduced working hours and flexible schedules to support their studies. Targeted start date is June 1st, 2026!
Job Responsibility:
Support the Demand Planning team in day‑to‑day operational and analytical activities
Assist with preparation, analysis, and maintenance of demand forecasts, reports, and planning files
Work extensively with data and excel‑based reports to support demand planning accuracy and decision‑making
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Key Account teams, Finance, and Supply Chain to understand demand drivers, promotions, and market dynamics
Support the preparation of inputs for planning cycles, reviews, and cross‑functional alignment meetings
Use internal systems and tools (e.g. planning systems, reporting platforms) to ensure accurate and timely data flow
Develop an understanding of end‑to‑end business processes, from commercial planning to supply execution
Gradually take ownership of specific analyses and planning tasks as experience and confidence are gained
Requirements:
Completion of at least the third year of university studies in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Economics, Finance). Recent graduates are also welcome
Strong interest in Demand Planning, data analysis, and business forecasting within a dynamic FMCG environment
Good analytical skills and genuine enjoyment of working with numbers, data, and reports
Good working knowledge of MS Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
experience with reporting tools is an advantage
Learning agility, business curiosity, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and business dynamics
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
Willingness to learn new systems and tools and work effectively in a cross‑functional environment
