Are you ready to lead a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional financial analysis and insights? Do you have the expertise to drive cost optimization and profitability through strategic planning and period-end processes? We are looking for a Senior Team Lead for our Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) team to take ownership of our COGS planning, reporting, and analysis. As a part of our COGS Team You will play a key role in planning, forecasting, and analyzing the company’s COGS, supporting business decisions and driving financial performance. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment alongside colleagues across multiple countries within the Coca-Cola Hellenic Group, sharing insights and building strong cross-functional partnerships

Job Responsibility

  • COGS Planning & Forecasting: Lead COGS planning for Rolling Estimate, Business planning Full Year cycle, and Profit Flash, ensuring timely delivery with insightful analysis and recommendations for optimization
  • Comprehensive Analyses: Take ownership of team's performance in preparation of comprehensive period-end Raw and Pack variance analysis with appropriate narratives and actionable insights for senior leadership
  • Financial Reporting: Manage the preparation of monthly, annual, and ad-hoc financial reports, ensuring all deliverables are met in accordance with established timetables and quality standards
  • Business Partnering: Collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and country finance teams to align on assumptions, challenge inputs, and drive cost optimization initiatives
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team within the COGS function, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
  • Performance Management: Oversee team performance, providing regular feedback, setting clear objectives, and driving continuous improvement to meet both individual and departmental goals

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of FP&A or Financial Planning Experience, preferably within fast-moving, multinational environments, with strong exposure to cost planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Educational Foundation: You hold a degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field - providing a strong analytical and business foundation
  • 1-3 years of People Management Experience: You are skillful in delivering results through others while ensuring their professional development
  • Strong planning and analytical capabilities, with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - ideally within COGS, supply chain, or operations finance
  • ERP Expertise: You have hands-on experience with ERP systems and know how to navigate them efficiently. Bonus points if you’re familiar with SAP
  • Excel Mastery: You master Excel to manage and analyze data, optimize workflows, and create meaningful reports
  • Fluency in English: You communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues across countries and functions
