This role Includes the physical duties of safely lifting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering boxes and heavy items of various sizes and weights, consistent with provincial safety standards. Boutique Presentation: Ensure the physical environment meets the brand's standards. Ensure that the Boutique is clean and maintained, including making sure it is well-ordered, has the correct equipment available, and is properly presented at all times. Professionalism, Safety & Compliance: You will be required to maintain a high degree of professionalism and adherence to all company policies, including all workplace conduct and safety protocols. Immediately report any incident of theft, or safety concerns to management. All workplace conversations, behavior, and physical interactions with colleagues and clients must remain professional and respectful. Encourage team members, including communicating team goals related to customer service processes. Assist in creating a culture of safety, actively identifying areas for new training. Assist the team where and when needed. Perform any other job-related duties.
