Job Description:

Boundary Outlet is a well-loved retail destination offering customers a fantastic shopping and dining experience. Our in-store coffee shop is a key part of that experience, providing a relaxed and welcoming space to unwind. We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Coffee Shop Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise and support the front-of-house team during service
  • Help with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and daily checks
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met
  • Assist in training and coaching team members to ensure confidence and consistency
  • Oversee presentation and cleanliness of the shop floor, counters, and seating areas
  • Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Monitor stock levels and support with ordering and deliveries
  • Ensure all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations are followed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a café, coffee shop, or similar environment
  • Confident leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
